Art Libs on Twitter

Andrew Lu is known for his work with cows. Andrew first started drawing when he was only 13 years old, making him a child prodigy. However, the cold pressure of being a child prodigy merrily got to him and he had a fat breakdown, resulting in him cutting off his own leg! Andrew found beautiful inspiration from the lost limb and decided to frame it and hang it in his bathroom for all the stove to see! Andrew eventually got married to a salmon and they remain together obnoxiously in their shed with their 100 children. Andrew would like to thank John Lennon, Britney Spears and the penguins for their constant support and inspiration.

What are the easiest and the hardest parts of the artistic process?
The easiest part is to think of ideas and the hardest part is to portray them into the photo. Thinking of ideas is so easy when you have a great imagination.

Which is your favourite piece and why?
My favorite piece would have to be The City. I like it the most because it is a photo of New York City, the place I want to live when I grow up. It is also my favorite because it is not straight, like most city photos. I wanted to show that everything isn't perfect and something always has a flaw.

What is it about the deviantART community that makes you share your art there… that draws you to the deviantART community?
I like sharing my work on Deviant Art because people on this site are so helpful and give you wonderful feedback on your work, people are also very friendly and makes it a fun place to talk to people.

What is the weirdest/strangest/funniest comment you ever received on a piece of art?
I do not recall anything weird or strange.

Please make sure to check out his deviantART page! And as always, remember to respect the art and the artists! The art on this blog is here because we were given permission to put it on here.
